Four halal restaurants/stalls have been awarded the Bib Gourmand in the 2016 Michelin Guide for Singapore which features a total of 34 establishments. The Bib Gourmand is awarded to restaurants that offer high quality food at good value for money making these restaurants a lot more affordable for the average diner.
The establishments listed below are all owned by Muslims but don’t possess the halal certification from the Islamic Religious Council of Singapore. We have confirmed the halal status with the owners / staff at all four eateries.
