Band of Burgers is the only restaurant in London that cooks its burgers on their very own charcoal grill. Known for their restaurant in Camden, Band of Burgers will be launching their new burger exclusively at Street Eats. Read our interview with Zeeshan Amin, Founder of Band of Burgers, below.
Describe your relationship with food in three words.
Love, comforting, stress reliever. 
If you weren’t a restaurant owner what would you be doing? Tell us about your journey.

I would have been doing some other business like property like the other option was property development. 
What would be your last supper or your last meal on earth be if you could choose?
A buttery and juicy steak. 
Who would you love to cook for (past or present)?
I don’t know how to cook but if I can cook one day I will cook a meal for my wife. 
What is your foodie guilty pleasure?
Cheeeseee and ice cream.
What’s been the hardest thing so far?
Management of the staff has been the hardest part but we are working to overcome that. 
What’s been the highlight so far?
It has been hard work and fun at the same time.
What advice would you give to people who are thinking of starting their own street food business?
Before you even think of starting a restaurant business get signed consent from your wife because you are not going to be home at least 12 to 14 hours a day, 7 days a week.
