Describe your relationship with food in three words.
Deep, dark, chocolatey.
If you weren’t a street food trader what would you be doing? Tell us about your journey.

Corporate life finally wore me down so I returned to what my mother used to do.
What would be your last supper or your last meal on earth be if you could choose?
Chocolate.
Who would you love to cook for (past or present)?
My dad (no longer with us, but a fellow foodie).
What is your foodie guilty pleasure?
Cream.
What’s been the hardest thing so far?
Setting up on your own has no safety net!!
What’s been the highlight so far?
My children and their friends joining me at work, becoming part of the company.
What advice would you give to people who are thinking of starting their own street food business?
Go and spend some weeks working on someone else’s stall. It is a different world.
